Founder & CEO, RegAtrium
Neha Parashar is the Founder and CEO of RegAtrium, with more than 13 years of experience in global regulatory affairs and deep expertise in CMC strategy for biologics and combination products.
Her career spans leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology organisations including Biocon, Merck and argenx. After spending nearly a decade building her career in Germany, she concluded her corporate journey as Director, CMC Regulatory & Devices at argenx Germany, where she led global regulatory strategy, submissions and health authority interactions across major markets.
Her work has been recognised through several professional and corporate awards, including a CEO Award for Excellence. She is also an international speaker and workshop faculty, sharing practical regulatory experience with professionals across industry and academia.
