Information and professional services
Website content and educational materials provide general professional information. They do not replace advice tailored to a particular product, submission, organisation or jurisdiction. Regulatory requirements and interpretations can change. A consultancy engagement begins only when its scope and terms have been agreed separately in writing. Contacting us or booking an introductory call does not itself create a consultancy engagement.
Programmes and publications
Programme descriptions identify the information currently confirmed. A workshop expression of interest is not a paid booking or a guarantee of admission. Fees, payment terms, cancellation conditions and any certificate or recording arrangements will be disclosed before paid enrolment. Forthcoming publications are subject to their announced release and purchase arrangements.
Programme access and participation
Each programme will identify its dates, delivery format and any access period before enrolment. Access is for the named participant unless a group arrangement is agreed. Recording availability, certificate eligibility and substitutions must be expressly stated in the programme information; none is implied by an interest submission. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and avoid disrupting other learners.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
The website currently collects expressions of interest and does not take payment. Before paid enrolment, the total price, currency, tax treatment, delivery arrangements and applicable cancellation terms must be provided. Consultancy and bespoke corporate training are governed by their written engagement terms. The Refund Policy sets out the cancellation arrangements for public workshops.
Using the website
Please provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or misuse the forms. Please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information until an appropriate secure channel and any necessary agreements have been arranged.
Intellectual property
Website materials and RegAtrium branding are owned by RegAtrium or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. You may read and link to public pages and retain copies for personal reference. Further reproduction, distribution, commercial use or use of the branding requires permission unless permitted by applicable law.
External services
Links may lead to booking, professional-networking or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy information apply when you use them. RegAtrium does not control third-party website content or availability.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors and interruptions may occur. Please contact us if information appears incorrect. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled. These website terms may be updated prospectively; separate signed engagement or purchase terms continue to govern those arrangements.
Questions and disputes
Please contact info@regatrium.com first so we can try to resolve a concern.
These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or any alternative forum required by applicable law.
