Refund Policy

Effective date: 17 September 2026

1. Current interest-only stage

The website does not currently collect fees. Submitting an enquiry or registering workshop interest does not purchase a place. You can withdraw interest by emailing info@regatrium.com; no cancellation charge applies to an unpaid expression of interest.

2. Participant cancellation schedule

For an individually purchased live workshop, the following schedule applies, calculated from the first advertised session start time. Notice is measured from the time we receive your cancellation email, using the time zone stated on the programme page.

Any applicable tax adjustment and payment-related conditions will be disclosed before payment. Mandatory statutory cancellation and refund rights take precedence.

3. Cancellation or material changes by RegAtrium

If RegAtrium cancels the workshop, we will offer a full refund of the programme fee paid or an optional transfer chosen by the participant. If the published dates change materially, we will offer the participant the same choice. We will not impose a transfer instead of an available refund.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

We investigate duplicate or incorrect charges using the transaction details supplied and return verified overpayments. We will not ask you to send card passwords, PINs or one-time codes.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@regatrium.com with your name, booking email, programme name, payment reference, payment date and request. A short reason is helpful but is not a condition for exercising a mandatory cancellation right. We will communicate the outcome in writing.

6. Refund processing

For an approved refund, we will initiate repayment to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

7. Corporate services, publications and exceptions

Consultancy and bespoke corporate or academic programmes use their signed agreement’s cancellation and refund provisions. Publications and any future self-paced products need product-specific terms before sale; this live-workshop schedule does not automatically apply to them. Exceptional circumstances can be reviewed individually without replacing any mandatory legal entitlement.

8. Statutory rights and contact

Nothing in this policy excludes a refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Programme-specific terms will be disclosed before payment and will not be changed retrospectively to a participant’s disadvantage.
