RegAtrium LLP provides regulatory advisory services, professional learning and publications. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through regatrium.com. Contact us at info@regatrium.com with privacy questions.

Information we collect and why

• Enquiries: your name, email, organisation, role, area of interest and message, so we can respond and discuss the support you request.
• Workshop interest: your name, email, organisation, role and optional learning goals, so we can provide information about the workshop and next steps. Expressing interest does not book a paid place.
• Publication updates: your email address, optional name and recorded subscription consent, so we can send the book updates and related learning resources you request. Submitting the form with consent adds you to the launch list immediately; no separate email confirmation is required.
• Submission records: a reference number, submission time, permission record and privacy-notice version, to manage requests and maintain records of your choices.
• Security information: technical server logs and hashed network/email identifiers used to limit repeated requests and protect the website.

Please do not include patient information, sensitive personal information or confidential product documents in the website forms.

Phone, email and booking enquiries

If you contact us by phone or email, we use the contact details and information you choose to share to address your enquiry. Calling the published number does not subscribe you to promotional messages. Please use email for a written record of privacy or refund requests.

Your choices

Fields marked as required are needed to handle the relevant request. Organisation, role and workshop learning goals are optional. Contact and workshop requests do not automatically subscribe you to a general marketing list. You can unsubscribe from publication emails using their unsubscribe link, or contact info@regatrium.com. You can also ask us to stop following up on an enquiry.

How information is handled

Website enquiries and publication subscription records are saved in a private database on Hostinger, accessible to authorised administrators. Hostinger provides website hosting and the configured mailbox service used to send notifications, acknowledgements and subscription welcome emails. Publication subscription status is managed in our website database. Authorised RegAtrium team members use the information to respond to requests and manage active subscriptions.

The call-booking link takes you to Google Calendar. Information you provide there is handled through that booking service. LinkedIn links take you to LinkedIn. Those services also apply their own privacy notices. The website does not embed their booking or social interfaces.

Cookies and optional analytics

The form service uses an essential session cookie for submission security. A local browser preference remembers your analytics choice. If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow analytics. You can change that choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the forms. Analytics events record the type of form submitted, rather than the contents of your enquiry.

Legal grounds and international processing

Where these legal grounds apply, we process service enquiries to take steps at your request before an engagement, use consent for publication marketing and optional analytics, and rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse for security processing. You may withdraw consent by contacting us or using the relevant unsubscribe or analytics control.

Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use the required safeguards. Contact info@regatrium.com for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.

Retention

We review unconverted enquiries and workshop-interest records 12 months after the last relevant contact and remove information no longer needed. We review unconfirmed publication requests after 30 days. Active subscriptions are kept until withdrawal; after withdrawal we retain only the suppression or consent evidence needed to respect your choice and meet applicable obligations.

For customer records, security logs, backups and provider records, retention depends on the purpose, our legal obligations and the need to establish or defend claims. Records are not kept longer than needed for those purposes.

Privacy requests and complaints

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Email info@regatrium.com to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You may also be entitled to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Security

We use private enquiry storage, validation, request limits and session checks to protect website submissions. Administrative access and backups are restricted to authorised personnel. No website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Updates

We may update this notice when our services or data practices change. The effective date identifies the version in force.

Workshop payments

Indian participants pay on our hosted Razorpay page; international participants can pay using the supplied PayPal QR code. The providers process payment details under their own privacy notices. We use participant contact details, organisation, role, transaction references and payment status to match payments, confirm registrations and administer the workshop. PayPal participants are asked to email their participant details and transaction reference to info@regatrium.com. We do not ask for card numbers, CVV, banking passwords or PayPal login details.
